Believe it or not, there is a website where you can view live births online, at this website:

I believe they have replays of conception as well. In addition, I believe they have webcasts of various other surgeries, operations, etc available too. It may be helpful to medical students who have yet to perform operations on human bodies, or it may serve helpful for delivering a child at home. I'm kidding.
