Myers-Briggs (MBTI) Personality Test

The Myers-Briggs personality test is supposedly one of the most accurate ones and in fact, certain employers use it to determine a candidate's suitability to their company. Take it here and try to understand yourself better.

The Myers Briggs Type Indicator is a very useful assessment to help you with self understanding and, as it is so well known, it also provides you with a shared language to discuss with others.

It should not, however, be used in recruitment, but for development purposes only.

I agree with Denise, it should not be used for recuiting. In fact, when I was certified through MBTI, we signed a statement saying we would not use it in that way.

If you would like more information, I have written a book titled, "The Type of Marriage that Endures" which is available on Amazon.com.
